In this video we will create Artistic Reveal Water Color Photo Effect in Photoshop CS6 Extended.it will be super easy and fast.we will use Photoshop actions and brushes.we will not only create this effect moreover we will also make some important changes and apply some blending to change the individual and overall look of our image.I hope you will enjoy this video.

The video will demonstrate how to use the action and how you can optimize the look
of your design after the action has finished. The video covers some important techniques
that you will want to use after the action has finished.

1. Your photo is in RGB color mode

2. Your photo is in 8bit color mode

3. You are running the English version of Photoshop.

4. If you are experiencing errors, try resetting your Photoshop preferences. To do this,
hold down Alt, Ctrl, and Shift keys (Mac: Command, Option, Shift) while starting up Photoshop.
A dialog box will appear asking if you wish to delete the preferences/settings file.

5. Avoid using small resolution images. For the best results, use Photos between
1500px - 3000px high/wide.

1. Inside Photoshop, go to the 'Window' menu and select 'Actions'. A window
will now appear to the right hand side.

2. Inside the Actions window, click on the top right hand corner icon to reveal
the drop down menu. From here select 'Load Actions...'. Select the action which
came with the download.

3. The action will now appear in the actions panel.

1. Open "Artistic Reveal" file. For that go to Edit/Presets/Preset Manager. In Preset Type choose Brushes click load and just open brush file; 
2. Open the Artistic Reveal action (for that go to: Window / Actions, click on menu icon at the right and choose in list "Load Actions" then find the action on your computer and open it; 
3. Open the image you want to make the effect. 
4. Play the action and follow the instructions. 
5. The Action will stop and ask you this:
6. You need to paint the area that will be your object of choice to have the effect. After you finish the painting press play again. 

Ps.: Brush is already set for the painting, make sure to fill all the area of the object.

• This Action depends of your image quality and colors / contrast. If you choose a poor image the result will not be satisfying.
• Try to choose images with more than 2000px (any of the axis), and with nice contrast between everything, this will certainly have a huge impact in the final result.
• The ideal size is 3000px for the images.

After the action is done:

• You will got this layers in the final composition:
• You can tweak the effects any way you want or as you need.
• Everything was designed in a way you can chance size, color or position only by click and drag.
• The “Image Focus” folder is the area you painted i the “mask” layer earlier before. The layer “Image Focus Original” is a layer with the original photo, you can paint some areas of the mask with white to get a better result.
• The Background folder contains the Background color layer, the shadows that compose the background and some splatter, everything is Solid Adjustment layers, you just need to double click and change the color of your design.
• The “Color Filters”, “Black And White”, “Gradient Right” and “Gradient Left” folders are invisible by default (optional things that you can use to increase the style of your design).
